Diane, one of my dearest friends, and her brother (and our co-host for the weekend) Wes.

Step One: Wes prepares the charcoal. Easy enough to do alone.

Step Two: Wes places meat on grill. Requires support and guidance of Dennis, Diane and Les.

Step Three: Wes turns the meat as needed. Dennis and Gregory are so confident in Wes's BBQing skills they sit happily by and watch.

Step Five: A wonderful feast!!!! Dinner is served.
