Dave "Yukon" Hobbs and I enjoyed a trip in October 1998 to the McCloud River for a little fly fishing. Had a great time, but didn't catch any fish. Well, our April 1999 trip with guide Barry Foster out of The Fly Shop in Redding, CA was a lot more productive. We caught 20+ fish between us. Below are a few photos from the day.

This was a great day for because this was the first time I ever caught fish using a fly rod. What a great time. I think my smile gives that away. |
